That’s because it’s figured out how to make inexpensive everyday items that otherwise would be hideous … actually very nice-looking. Its wall ladder is a wonderful alternative to the dreaded “clothes chair,” and its magnetic rack helps even the smallest kitchen feel uncluttered.
Which is why we were very excited when the brand asked if we would want to collaborate with it on a line. Our first thought was color! Yamazaki Home is known for its minimalist aesthetic (most things are white, black, or gray, with some wood accents), and we wondered, would it ever go … green?
